Vegetable Soup

Cook up a delicious hearty homemade soup with our authentic vegetable soup mix. Simply add water, oil, and any meat of your choice.

Ingredients

2lbs stew beef
1lb smoked fish/shrimps
½ tsp salt
1 cube Knorr chicken bouillon
¾ cup palm oil/olive oil
5 ½ -6 cups of water
1 package Albasa Vegetable Soup Mix

Instruction

1. Add beef, salt, bouillon, and 1 cup of water to a medium pot.
2. Cook on medium heat till tender, and water is almost dried.
3. Remove meat and set aside
4. Add remaining water and oil and bring to a boil.
5. Stir in Vegetable mix, cover, and cook for 4 minutes
6. Add meat and smoked fish, stir and cook for another 4 minutes.
