Chicken Stew

2lbs bone-in chicken thighs
½ tsp salt
1 package Albasa Stew Mix
¼-½ cup oil
2 ½ cups water
Oil for frying chicken

Instruction

Season chicken with salt, fry, and set aside.
Mix water and Stew Mix in a medium saucepan.
Simmer for about 20 minutes until the sauce is very thick. Stirring occasionally.
Add oil and chicken. Cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice.
