Tepeyac | The Founder's Choice
The Founder’s Choice. Tepeyac Edition was the very first coffee shared with Relevant Radio listeners during the February 2024 pledge drive, the beginning of a partnership built on using coffee to support evangelization. It is named for the hill where Our Lady of Guadalupe appeared to St. Juan Diego.
Tepeyac is Guadalupe Roastery’s signature coffee: a washed lot from the highlands of Nicaragua, cupped at 84 points and built to the same profile year-round, so every bag tastes the way you remember it. Expect chocolate, a bright note of lemon and a round sweetness that holds up black or with milk.
Cup Profile
- Tasting notes: chocolate, lemon, round sweetness, balanced
- Process: Washed
- Roast: Medium
- Score: SCA 84, specialty grade
- Origin: Nicaragua
- Formats: 12 oz or 5 lb, whole bean or ground
Roasted to order and shipped fresh. If you like Tepeyac, the same coffee is available in single-serve pods (Tepeyac Medium Roast).
