PALL 4895 MicroFunnel Filter Funnel Culture-in-Place Lid with Base Plug for 100 mL, Gamma Irradiated (20/pkg)
The MicroFunnel Filter Funnel lids and base plugs allow for culturing the membrane in the base of MicroFunnel 300 mL and MicroFunnel Plus filter funnels.
After filtering a sample, ampoule of culture medium may be dispensed onto the membrane surface. The funnel separated from the base be gently squeezing the top of the funnel cylinder. The lid can then be placed directly onto the base to create a Petri dish. The Petri dish is then inverted, the plug attached to the outlet port and then the Petri dish incubated.
