What you need

1 cup Albasa Akara Mix
¾ cup water
2 tbsp oil
Oil for deep frying

Instruction

  1. Mix Akara Mix, water and oil in a bowl
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan to about 330oF
  3. Scoop batter into oil with a spoon. Do not overcrowd.
  4. Fry on low heat for about 3 mins flipping occasionally.
  5. Remove unto paper towel with a slotted spoon
